How Chamberlain Mobile Detailing handles the information you send through this website. Last updated October 28, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a request, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), how you prefer to be contacted, and depending on the request your vehicle details, service location and access notes, preferred date and time, and notes. Commercial requests can also include a company name, vehicle types and the number of vehicles.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: to contact you, prepare a quote, schedule and provide the service, and keep a record of work for you as a customer. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it’s kept and who can see it
Requests are stored in Chamberlain’s private customer system, hosted on Cloudflare. Only signed-in Chamberlain team members can view them.
The website assistant
The “Ask Chamberlain” assistant is automated: it answers from our published prices and service information and isn’t a person. Questions you type are sent to our server only to choose an answer. They aren’t saved, logged or added to your customer record, and the conversation disappears when you close the page. Nothing reaches our team unless you fill in the callback form and press Send, or continue to the booking form and submit it; then we receive only what that form shows you before you send. Please don’t type card numbers or passwords.
Website measurement
We count a few actions on this site — such as taps on the call or text buttons and started or completed requests — to see what helps customers reach us. These counts use no cookies, contain no form contents or contact details, and aren’t linked to you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is counted.
Security and abuse prevention
To limit spam and repeated submissions, the site uses a one-way scrambled version of your network address for a short time. We don’t store your IP address with your request.

Links to Instagram open Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. This site loads no third-party trackers or fonts.
